ProPath Screenwriting Referral Program
Welcome to the ProPath family! We offer a number of referral opportunities and we hope you take advantage of them. If you have any questions that aren’t answered below, please reach out to us.
Please do not be shy about asking for your referrals. We try to keep track as best we can, but sometimes we need reminders! Please ensure your referred writer tells us that you referred them when they first contact us.
Here’s a great example of someone using a referral: we had a TV writer ask us about referrals. She had a writer’s group but they wanted to take their writing to the next level in a workshop setting. She referred seven people (her writer’s group) and they decided to each take $100 off of everyone’s total fee.
We had another person refer so many people to workshops that they had enough of a referral bonus to pay for half of a full 10-week 1:1 private screenwriting consultation. That means they received half of the 10-week screenwriting consultation for free!
Refer a Friend to a TV or Screenwriting Workshop
If you refer a friend to one of our 10-week workshops (and they take it), you will receive $100 in credit to use for a workshop, seminar or 1:1 consultation. You can take the referral bonus and use it entirely for a workshop you are taking. You can also split it or gift it to another TV or screenwriter.
Refer a Friend to a Seminar
If you refer a friend to a seminar (and they take it!) at a value of $79 or higher, you will receive a $25 credit for a workshop, seminar or a 1:1 consultation. You can take the referral bonus and use it entirely for yourself or you can gift it to another writer.
Refer a Friend to a 1:1
If you refer a friend to a 1:1 consultation (and they do it) for a 10 private TV writing or screenwriting session, you will receive a $100 referral bonus to use for a workshop, seminar or a 1:1 consultation. You can gift it or use it for yourself.
Refer a Friend to Coverage
If you refer a friend to use our coverage (and they do it), you will receive a $25 credit to use for any of our services. You can gift it or use it for yourself.
Please remember, to qualify the writer needs to email us and note in the first email that they were referred by you. The referrals are good for any TV or screenwriting opportunities that we have! We also do not put a short time limit on referral bonuses. You can use them immediately or within two years.
